Carlos in Azalea

Good news: these Carlos shoes look just as I hoped! The color is lovely and the materials are clearly quality.

Not as good news: unfortunately, these are not as medium/wide-foot friendly as expected. Having to spend an extra expense at a cobbler for something is meant to fit right out of the box is not ideal. I guess I should have asked for an exchange before wearing… but it’s hard to know true fit without wearing them.

This is my first pair of Charlotte Stone clogs and wow, I am impressed. The compliments keep rolling in! I wore these shoes for the first few days with a pair of thin socks because I was worried about breaking them in. When I wore them without the socks, I was totally comfortable and had not issues with blisters or sore feet! It is a bit of an adjustment to walk in clogs but I quickly adjusted and feel comfortable navigating the Boston cobblestone streets with these guys. Don't hesitate, get these beauties!

They are true to size, comfortable, and seriously a vibe.

I was eyeing these shoes for months before pulling the trigger. I wear anywhere from a 6-7, usually a 6.5, in various brands, and have reliably been a 7 for CS. These are narrow for me, and i don’t have particularly wide feet. I’ve been using the socks/blow dryer trick to stretch them, but I can’t slide my foot all the way in yet. They are gorgeous shoes, but I might end up forced to resell them and cut my losses.

This shoe looks great in real life and is well made. They are a bit tricky to break in and take some adjustment when it comes to walking with the platform base. Overall very glad I purchased.
