Here are a couple ground rules before you get your shop on.

This is not your typical Charlotte Stone sale. All of the shoes on sale are samples and may have been worn at a shoot, tried -on during fit-testing, or maybe just came to us from the factory not as their best selves. Some are CS classics who've been stuck in the vault and some never even made it to production either way, this sale is where these guys finally get their moment to shine.

Samples are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged and we cannot make exceptions. Samples are not eligible for additional discounts.

We QC-ed every sample, but they are not production quality. They may look slightly more lived-in than shoes you typically get from us & could have signs of wear. Not every sample was made in the same factory, so sizing may not be consistent with other shoes you've purchased from us.

Sizing is limited & what we have on the site is all we have available. If your size isn't listed, we unfortunately don't have it in stock. The standard sample size is a size 7 which is why we have so many-promise it's not to exclude any other sizes! We can't guarantee every item will be available and will notify you of any cancellations no later than 12/9.

Photos have not been color-corrected and in some cases were taken on our iPhones. Though we did our best to make sure each photo was as true to the products as possible, we can't promise they will be a perfect representation of the shoes you receive.

Every shoe is hand-packed and will ship within 3 - 5 business days. In an effort to minimize waste, they may not arrive in standard Charlotte Stone boxes and will ship with minimal packaging.

puffs forever

I LOVE the Puffs. I wear them ALL the time, and have repurchased the same colors to make sure they last me until next year during the winter restock! I literally wait all year for these to come back. soooo comfy, and surprisingly cute with a lot of different outfits.

Love them

I’m an 8.5 and got them in size 9. It’s a perfect fit! The are super comfy and go with anything. Have them in the chocolate brown color. Also just got them in a really pretty purple color as a mystery shoe order. Thank you!!!

Unfortunately disappointed

I was really looking forward to getting these shoes! I love how cute all the shoes look on the models and people submitting photos. Unfortunately, they don’t feel as comfortable as I was hoping and the footbed and my foot make the weird suction sound when I walk. Also, they just don’t look great on me personally. Could not return as was a final sale.

Thanks for taking the time to share your insights! We're so sorry you are disappointed. We think + hope your Dollys will increase in comfort with time and wear! I am a 7 in all my other Charlotte shoes. In these shoes I am an 8. They take some time to “break in” but I do love them. Amazing color. Love the purple and how it pumps up my outfit.

Hello comfort + cuteness!

I’ve been walking around in these for a couple weeks now and they are so adorable and comfortable! Will be in frequent rotation over the summer!
