Cute, dressy sneakers and I love CS. HOWEVER: they tore up the back up my ankles. Initially seemed like it they my wide feet, but after a full day of wear, the sides of my feet were sore and my ankles had blisters.

Ok, I am a diehard CS fan; I have at least a dozen pairs of CS shoes in various styles and colors. They are all amazing!! But of all of those, I think the Heidi is my new #1 favorite shoe. I bought her in Latte and she goes with literally everything! Every color combo, every styling combo, from jeans and shorts to skirts and dresses. I’m so in love, AND she is TTS and super comfy right out of the box. I can’t stop, won’t stop wearing her and I want every color! Please Char, never ever stop making these! Heidi is my soulmate shoe 🥰😍❤️

So the style of these shoes are an absolute 100, but I have a real bone to pick with the insoles. It's shiny leather that you can't use with socks or bare feet. If you wear socks, it's slippery and the yellow paint rubs off onto your cute socks ruining them. If you go barefoot like the model in the picture, your foot suctions to the sole and makes this horrendous squelching noise everytime you take a step. I wore them a bunch hoping it would go away after breaking in, but no luck. So I can't return them, but I can give you advice- don't get these! Instead get the Raf!!!! My Raf shoes are amazing in every way possible and I love CS sooooo so much. Just these Heidi shoes are ehhh. Do yourself a favor and get the Raf- you WON'T be disappointed.

I saw these on the Charlotte Stone Instagram and was immediately smitten! I love a good platform sneaker, but sometimes they feel just a little too casual with some outfits. With a more feminine Mary Jane style, and a fun, modern platform, these are just what I've been looking for! While I'm usually a size 7, I found this style to run really big. There was a lot of gaping above my foot in the toe box, and way too much room from heel to toe. Even with the strap to hold them on securely, they just looked super sloppy. I checked the size chart, though, and exchanged for a size 6. They fit, however I really wish there were half sizes in these because the next size down was *almost* too small. Sometimes my toes press up against the front of the shoe when I walk. They've gotten more comfortable as I've worn them a few times, but I do worry about whether I can wear them for a long day on my feet, after your feet "expand" a bit from standing/walking all day. Verdict: LOVE these shoes, but the sizing was a little off for me. Check the size chart and how to measure your foot to be sure! Thankfully, CS made doing an exchange very easy and the new pair arrived less than a week later. The extra discounts I got for doing all the rewards steps also really sweetened the deal for me as a first-time customer!

OMG, I love Heidi! I was on the fence for a second wondering how much I'd wear them, but they look SO cute with casual outfits and I love them with or without socks. I love that you can see more of your socks in this style so fun patterned socks look super cute with Heidi!! they're more comfortable than my new balance sneakers, literally so comfy I had no issue right out of the box. No break in for me, but I was sure to wear socks the first time in case of any rubbing. will buy in another color! I'm my usual size 8 in this shoe like all of my other shoes from CS. love!
