Shipping & Return Policies
We offer free return labels for all items full-price purchases shipped within the United States that have not been worn, altered or washed, have all original tags attached and are post-marked within 14 days of order receipt. Items marked final sale cannot be returned. All items purchased on sale are final sale.
Returns post-marked within an additional 5 days after the 14-day return window are not eligible for a refund but can be processed for store credit. Any returns postmarked after 21 days of receipt will not be accepted for return and be reshipped to the customer upon receipt.
In the interest of quality, we can only accept product for return that is clean and unworn. If you return any items bearing any signs of wear, we will send it back to you at your cost. If you have purchased Charlotte Stone shoes, we ask that you try them on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them.
We consider our box to be an important part of the entire product. For this reason, footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Please wrap your return in protective packaging for shipment. Returning footwear with damaged boxes or without the original shoe box may result in a fee.
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
In the interest of preserving and protecting the quality of our shoes, we need time to inspect and repack all returns. As a result, returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
