Meet the Muse

If you couldn't already tell, we love anybody who loves to have fun with color. Wearing more than three colors in one outfit (because decisions are hard)? We love it. Mixing prints? Live for it. Piling on accessories in all the pop colors of the rainbow? You had us at piling. So when we first saw Katie Kortman dancing in a pair of our Grass Calvins and a printed pink dress she made herself, we knew she was a gem and the obvious choice for our second-ever Color Muse™.

 

The task we gave her wasn't an easy one—take Lenu and pick colors for it. The only rule? There are no rules. Katie, who besides being a color aficionado, is a textile designer (shoppable on Spoonflower), a master sewer (peep her Instagram to see what we mean by master), and literally wrote the e-book on color and clothing and how to be fearless with your wardrobe. So of course, she was just as fearless when she came back with the 10-color Kortman Lenu you see today.
