Get 1 point for every $1 you spend with us.
Apply your points at checkout and voila, shoedio city here you come.
Points expire after 365 days, cannot be combined with other discounts and require a minimum spend of $175.

Besides points, the more you shop with us, the more perks you might be able to get. You get points just for being here, but if you’re building a collection or you’re a full-on shoe-mmelier, you get even more CS perks. Here's the breakdown.

Super simple. You get one point for every one dollar you spend. Collect 100 points and get $10 off, collect 200 points and get $20 off, collect 500 points? You get the trend.
The more you shop, the more perks you can get. You get 300 points just for signing up. Everyone starts as an Enthusiast, which gets you points on every purchase and 250 extra points on your birthday. Spend $750 in a year (excluding returns) and you’ll get the aforementioned perks, plus get access to exclusive deals & discounts. Spend $1000 or more in a year, and you’ll get the points on every purchase, the birthday points, exclusive deals and discounts, AND early access to sales, new stuff & limited edition colors and access to seasonal gifts & custom dustbags. Sometimes it pays to shoe shop!
There are lots of ways to earn points. Tell your friends, have a birthday, write a review, make a purchase, etc. Click here to see them all.
Your points will start accruing as soon as you set up your account. If you placed an order within the last 90 days under the same email as you used to create your account, the points from the order will automatically import to your account. Any orders placed under a different email address or more than 90 days ago will not be eligible for points. All unreturned orders moving forward will count.
Points are good for 365 days!
To become a Collector, you’ll need to have an annual spend of $750 (after returns) and to become a Connoisseur, you’ll need an annual spend of $1000 (after returns).
It basically means the day you sign up, you’ll have 365 days to spend the minimum amount necessary to join the Collector or Connoisseur tiers. Once you’re in the tier, you can keep the status by maintaining the necessary annual spend for that tier for a calendar year.
If you earned points on an item that you ended up returning, those points will be deducted from your account as soon as the return is processed. If points were used on an order that is then returned, the points will not be refunded.
At the moment, we are unable to combine accounts.
You can use up to 500 points per order (that’s $50 off!)
Once you’re in your account page, select the tab “Redeem Points.” You’ll see how many points you have and all the different rewards available. Once you’ve collected enough points, you can click “Get Reward” and a special discount code will appear on the screen that you can copy and paste at checkout.
Great question, yes you can! Sign-up here to start sharing your code with your pals. They’ll get $30 off their first purchase of $175 or more, and you’ll get 300 points once they purchase. That’s what we like to call a win-win.
You can check your point balance in the “My Rewards” page.
They could have been used towards a purchase, you or a friend you referred cancelled or returned a purchase, or they passed the 365 day expiration date. If none of these sound right, get in touch!
For most activities completed, points should appear in your account in minutes! Hang tight and refresh the page if you don't see them right away. Points earned for placing an order will become available 2 weeks after your order has gone through. Still don’t see ‘em?
