Social Media & Content Coordinator


Position Overview
Charlotte Stone Shoes is seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage content creation and audience engagement across multiple digital platforms. This role is responsible for developing and publishing content, identifying emerging trends, repurposing existing assets, and monitoring performance metrics to support brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing

  • Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Substack.
  • Develop content that aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and overall marketing objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose and recycle existing photography, video, and written content into new formats across platforms.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to generate fresh content ideas.
  • Assist with content planning, scheduling, and maintaining a consistent publishing calendar based on in-house guidelines.

Community Management

  • Actively engage with audiences across all platforms by responding to comments, direct messages, tags, and mentions.
  • Foster positive relationships with followers and maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions.
  • Monitor broader community conversations and identify opportunities for engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare reports highlighting growth, engagement, content performance, and key insights.
  • Make recommendations for content optimization based on data and audience behavior.


Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or personal content platform.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Substack.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Basic photo and video editing skills.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and translate them into relevant content opportunities.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Work Arrangement
• Part-time position with 2 days per week in office

Compensation

  • $25-30/hr DOE
