Here's everything you need to know:

All of the shoes on sale are samples and may have signs of wear, imperfections, irregularities, or minor scuffs or marks.

Not every sample was made in the same factory, so sizing may not be consistent with other shoes you've purchased from us.

They're deeply discounted for these reasons.

Sizing is limited & what we have on the site is all we have available. If your size isn't listed, we don't have it in stock. The standard sample size is a size 7 or 9, which is why we have so many of those sizes.

We can't guarantee every item will be available. Shoes added to your cart are not reserved. We will notify you of any cancellations no later than June 30th. Cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.

Photos have not been color-corrected. Colors vary depending on the screen of your device. We can't promise photos will be a perfect representation of the color of the shoes you receive.

Every shoe is hand-packed and will ship within 3 - 5 business days. In an effort to minimize waste, they may not arrive in standard Charlotte Stone boxes and will ship with minimal packaging.

Samples are not eligible for additional discounts—rewards points, promo codes, and Treet/Cha Cha credits cannot be applied at checkout.
