Here are a couple ground rules before you get your shop on.

This is not your typical Charlotte Stone sale. All of the shoes on sale are samples and may have been worn at a shoot, tried -on during fit-testing, or maybe just came to us from the factory not as their best selves. Some are CS classics who've been stuck in the vault and some never even made it to production either way, this sale is where these guys finally get their moment to shine.

Samples are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged and we cannot make exceptions. Samples are not eligible for additional discounts.

We QC-ed every sample, but they are not production quality. They may look slightly more lived-in than shoes you typically get from us & could have signs of wear. Not every sample was made in the same factory, so sizing may not be consistent with other shoes you've purchased from us.

Sizing is limited & what we have on the site is all we have available. If your size isn't listed, we unfortunately don't have it in stock. The standard sample size is a size 7 which is why we have so many-promise it's not to exclude any other sizes! We can't guarantee every item will be available and will notify you of any cancellations no later than 12/9.

Photos have not been color-corrected and in some cases were taken on our iPhones. Though we did our best to make sure each photo was as true to the products as possible, we can't promise they will be a perfect representation of the shoes you receive.

Every shoe is hand-packed and will ship within 3 - 5 business days. In an effort to minimize waste, they may not arrive in standard Charlotte Stone boxes and will ship with minimal packaging.

Nice Color & Quality

Snagged these in black and white during the 40% sale and what a steal! They are surprisingly comfortable for my long-ish walking commute. Because they are kind of elongated in the toe, my toes don't rub in any places. My only issue is that because I have a high arch, my feet kind of don't fit the angle of the shoe (like my heels go inward and are not always directly on the sole). I am usually a 7.5 and got the 8; glad I did because they *just* fit.

Perfect if you love to cover those toes

I was going back and forth between Mae & Lenu, I usually gravitate towards covered toe shoes so I went with Mae. These are super comfortable, easy to walk on. Yesterday, I wore them with a black dress, took the streetcar to dinner and was planning to take the streetcar back home but then we decided to walk back, I walked about 9 blocks with absolutely no pain and no problems, for the record, I am not one to wear heels, like ever!

i never thought i would buy a pair of shoes from Charlotte Stone that weren't colorful! but these black and white color blocked mules stole my heart! love love love them!
