We're such fans of Denisse Wolf—tell us about the inspiration behind your brand!
I wear lotsa hats over here - I'm an artist primarily (painter)- but I also have a background in graphic design and styling + cosmetology. So now I do everything from physical art, to styling to logos and pattern work. I like to think I'm good with color and balance so I push myself to incorporate these elements in every aspect. My husband and I also have a unique designer - post modern furniture gallery in Palm Springs called NOK NOK.
Where are you from & where do you live now?
I'm originally from Tijuana, Mexico - Lived in San Diego for maybe 10 years, then moved to Palm Springs during covid with my husband and daughter and we are still here!
What do you want your style to say about you?
I equally love bright color as much as I love a good black on black chic outfit.
When I work on an outfit I kinda piece it like I would art and graphic compositions and that's balance and purpose.
What are you most excited about right now?
I'm super excited to work on my new art projects and just enjoying October with my family.
Describe your perfect day.
Anywhere and anything that involves time spent with my daughter and husband.
If you had to wear the same outfit every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Oh my gah! probably a black top and black pants - a blank canvas for layering.
What do you pick out first when getting dressed?
This varies- depends on my mood ha! sometimes its the shoes- but sometimes a skirt is the star of the show. Sometimes it's the purse !
You're somewhat of a Charlotte Stone connoisseur, which of our shoes do you currently own and do you have an all-time favorite pair?
Oh wow! I've got quite the collection- most of them are Marlos and Paz's- I think my most visually favorite ones are the rainbow Donnas - ( I tend not to wear them too often because I really don't want to ruin them haha) They go with everything! The ones I can wear ALL day (which is an instant favorite quality) are the Paz boots- someone always compliments them too, I love them!
What is your go-to karaoke song?
I will do anything to avoid this experience - ill be the one videoing everyone else tho!
What are you watching or reading or hobbying right now?
I read 3-4 books a month- I also have insomnia so there you go hahah
currently finishing "swamp story" . We're entering spooky season ! so lots a hobbying in this department.
What article of clothing are you living in right now?
Luckily the weather is starting to get better out here in the desert, so I can start looking like a civilized human again.
I'm starting to wear fun things again - cant say I live in just one outfit or piece - I'm starting to wear my jumpsuits again! I wear an outfit according to the weather basically, but I really don't like looking the same everyday, so I change it up!

Bold. Fun. Balanced.
And how would your friends describe your style?
I honestly just texted my friends and asked them this question as I'm filling this out and this is what they said:
"hip"
"colorful"
" colorful with a hint of goth/edge"
"you pair brand with everyday wear"
"edgy and fun"
"you pair things that i would never think to put together"
What are your favorite pair of jeans right now?
Is it weird that I hardly ever wear jeans? I think I wear a pair maybe once every 3 months or something-
Maybe I haven't found the right pair - or Maybe its because wearing denim in 120 degrees is torture.
What is your favorite season and why?
Fall! It's the best- not hot, not too cold, hot coffee- light layers. Feeling cozy! Also- halloween is my favorite holiday.
If you could choose one superpower, what would it be?
The ability to freeze time. Since moving to the desert I've been living a much slower life- even though I feel time moving so quickly! Funny what happens when you have a child :)
