IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S ME...
Ok we totally get it. Sometimes that shoe you loved online just isn't perfect in person or maybe doesn't fit right no matter how hard you try. So as long as your order isn't marked "final sale" and the shoes haven't been worn, we'll take them back.
We'll accept returns on all items (except those marked "final sale") within 14 days of you receiving your order. All we ask is that the shoes are unworn and have all packaging, tags and dust-bags included when your return 'em.
In the interest of quality, we can only accept returns on items that are clean and unworn. We also consider our packaging to be an important part of the ~Charlotte Stone experience~ so we can only take returns that include the shoe box in its original condition along with all the other stuff that came inside the box. If an item comes back with signs of wear or is missing packaging, we may have to send it back to you at your cost.

Totally! Click here and enter your order number to have a pre-paid shipping label sent to you. If you're an international customer, we aren't able to cover return shipping at the moment, but you can still follow the link to get your goods back to us.
WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES?
Right now, we are unable to process exchanges, so if you'd like to exchange something, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LATE?
Hey we get it, sometimes life gets busy, so if for some reason you're not able to get the shoes back to us before the 14 day window, we'll still take them back and just issue you a store credit instead. Just make sure to get them to within 30 days of receiving your order, so we can still make them available for other customers to purchase.
HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?
We need a little bit of time to inspect and repack all returns to make sure they meet our quality standards. That being said, returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. If for whatever reason, you still haven't been refunded, give us a call or shoot us an email and we'll look into it for you.
I LIVE NEAR YOU GUYS! CAN I RETURN THE SHOES IN PERSON?
Absolutely! If you live in LA and would rather return the shoes to our store, swing on by during our store hours and we'd be happy to process the return for you. If you're based in Ventura and want to drop them off at the studio, shoot us an email with your order number and we'll set up a time for you to swing by.
