We’re looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our team to help fulfill online orders and maintain a tidy and efficient warehouse. Our ideal candidate is a high-energy, problem-solving team player who is excited about getting Charlotte Stone shoes onto more feet.

Here's the role we're looking to fill in more specifics:

What You'd Do:

• Order picking - Locating and selecting product for orders in an accurate and timely manner
• Order packing - efficiently and accurately place ordered product in boxes for shipping
• Product unpacking and organization
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness including unpacking and organization of products, breaking down boxes, disposing of trash and recycling
• Communicate regularly with shipping carriers to make sure orders are being picked up and received in a timely manner
• Track, quality check, process, repack, and restock returns
• Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory numbers
• In the event of inventory discrepancies, find the cause and make subsequent updates to inventory and systems
• Review and problem solve orders to ensure optimal delivery for an exceptional customer experience
• Actively communicate with the Logistics Manager and the CX Team to ensure expectations are aligned
• Be a problem solver and provide feedback and solutions for improvements
• Have a strong understanding of Charlotte Stone products
• Uphold Charlotte Stone’s standard of care, quality and service
• Performs other duties as requested
